The corner led to Cactos's Cengizhan Baycan getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cengizhan Baycan in the 6th minute of play. Dario Wilhelm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cengizhan Baycan's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Cengizhan Baycan made a precise shot to the right of Dario Wilhelm. Cascade Park West's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 14 minutes into the game, Cengizhan Baycan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dario Wilhelm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 17th minute Cengizhan Baycan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Wilhelm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cactos's Bran Allison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dexter Benton in the 18th minute of play. Dario Wilhelm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cengizhan Baycan went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Emerson Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cactos's supporters rose to their feet, but Emerson Guedes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Wilhelm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute Cengizhan Baycan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Wilhelm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Cengizhan Baycan came free, but Dario Wilhelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Singleton in the 34th minute of play forced Cactos's goalkeeper Bran Allison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amir Lee could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Bran Allison made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Cengizhan Baycan came free, but Dario Wilhelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dario Wilhelm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cengizhan Baycan in the 42nd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Waldo Renteria to make the kick off. In the 60th minute Dexter Benton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bran Allison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bran Allison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Singleton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cactos's Matias Gaitan was substituted for Conrado Capixaba. Cactos's Luisinho Maciel was substituted for Cengizhan Baycan. Cactos's Ademir Rodrigues managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jamar Orlinsky in the 66 minute of the game. Luisinho Maciel took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dario Wilhelm. Dario Wilhelm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Cactos made a substitution. Dorival de Carvalho replaced Emerson Guedes. The Cactos fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Cactos's Luisinho Maciel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 76th minute, but Dario Wilhelm got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Cascade Park West hanging dry this time. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisinho Maciel in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dario Wilhelm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Ademir Rodrigues got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-7. 79 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cascade Park West's zone, Dorival de Carvalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Wilhelm came out of the goal and Dorival de Carvalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luisinho Maciel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Dario Wilhelm skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 89 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luisinho Maciel. In the 92nd minute of the match Cactos got a corner. Cascade Park West's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dorival de Carvalho ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Cactos's corner Dorival de Carvalho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dario Wilhelm quite easily take care of the ball. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorival de Carvalho in the 93rd minute of play. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Cascade Park West from getting a goal against them. Cactos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
