The corner led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's André Monclús getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Elpidio Francis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Silvestre Oinaz hit a great ball. With a little luck, Camarón Bombay's Budi Martines got control of the ball when Elpidio Francis tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Budi Martines narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Elpidio Francis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Budi Martines was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Branislav Velchevski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dieguito Riquelme in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute, André Monclús got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Stellan Kalfhage got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Branislav Velchevski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierluigi Casiraghi, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to Camarón Bombay getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Beto Alonso hit a great ball. Budi Martines didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elpidio Francis went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Camarón Bombay's Budi Martines proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Camarón Bombay from getting a goal against them. Elpidio Francis was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Branislav Velchevski. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pierluigi Casiraghi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Budi Martines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Monclús, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Branislav Velchevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beto Alonso. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Monclús in the 62nd minute of play forced Camarón Bombay's goalkeeper Budi Martines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Elpidio Francis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 67 minutes of play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's André Monclús made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Budi Martines was left in no man's land by his defense there! André Monclús sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Branislav Velchevski made a huge save. Elpidio Francis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Budi Martines having to interfere. In the last second Branislav Velchevski throw himself and got hold of the ball when Marcelino Gartzen in the 80thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. A collision led to Camarón Bombay getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Beto Alonso hit a great ball. Camarón Bombay's Budi Martines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Francis in the 83rd minute of play. Elpidio Francis hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Budi Martines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Francis in the 86th minute of the match. If Elpidio Francis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Francis in the 88th minute of play forced Camarón Bombay's goalkeeper Budi Martines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Monclús fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Budi Martines having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elpidio Francis in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Budi Martines prevented the ball from getting in the gole. André Monclús took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Budi Martines. Budi Martines dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA had won after a very even match.
