Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) FK LVIV's Artem Rusol started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Arvin Svanberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ryszard Brak hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Artem Rusol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Ma Yong Jun made a huge save. 8 minutes into the match, FK LVIV's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Wästerberg came free, but Slavyan Stanulov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karen FC's Ryszard Brak got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th match minute, Karen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seve Sevens to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Vasyl Olischuk in the 14th minute really tested Ma Yong Jun's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Artem Rusol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Karen FC's Ma Yong Jun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artem Rusol in the 15th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match, Artem Rusol got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ma Yong Jun was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. FK LVIV's Slavyan Stanulov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bai Yan Feng in the 20th minute of play. With his leg Ma Yong Jun managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when FK LVIV's Artem Rusol fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Slavyan Stanulov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bai Yan Feng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Slavyan Stanulov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvin Svanberg in the 25th minute of play. 25 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Karen FC's Arvin Svanberg fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Ryszard Brak scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Slavyan Stanulov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Slavyan Stanulov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Brak in the 30th minute of play. 30 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Karen FC's Ryszard Brak fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvin Svanberg in the 36th minute of play forced FK LVIV's goalkeeper Slavyan Stanulov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artem Rusol who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Ma Yong Jun when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Slavyan Stanulov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bai Yan Feng in the 40th minute of play. Seve Sevens kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Slavyan Stanulov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvin Svanberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After the first half Karen FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ryszard Brak made the kick off in the second half. Roman Pokladok took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ma Yong Jun. Ma Yong Jun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 55th match minute, FK LVIV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Cherednyuk to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Karen FC's Rickard Lövkvist tried to score from far away in the 56th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Karen FC's Ma Yong Jun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruslan Bidnyj in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Roman Pokladok cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ma Yong Jun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FK LVIV's Vasyl Olischuk quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rickard Lövkvist, made in the 62nd minute of the game. Ma Yong Jun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Artem Rusol's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Ma Yong Jun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artem Rusol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Seve Sevens got free with Slavyan Stanulov in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd minute, Artem Rusol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ma Yong Jun was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Karen FC made a substitution. Oskar Sandell replaced Edgar Wästerberg. Slavyan Stanulov made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Bai Yan Feng sent off a good shot on target. Karen FC's Arvid Springfält was substituted for Ryszard Brak. In the 81st minute Artem Rusol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ma Yong Jun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Karen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Artem Rusol came free, but Ma Yong Jun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Karen FC's Seve Sevens got a free kick in the 84th minute. Artem Rusol might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ma Yong Jun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Artem Rusol ran back to his position shaking his head. Slavyan Stanulov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvin Svanberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
