Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Liviu Buceceanu started the match with the kick off. Tod Bridgeworth came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Armada's Liviu Buceceanu. But to his dismay, Liviu Buceceanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Róbert Benkó put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tod Bridgeworth. Róbert Benkó might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tod Bridgeworth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Róbert Benkó ran back to his position shaking his head. When Róbert Benkó came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Armada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Róbert Benkó couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Carlisle United defense, Róbert Benkó kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tod Bridgeworth. The Carlisle United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tod Bridgeworth should have stopped the shot. If Calvin Townsley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Armada's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Niccolo Otamendi was slow to take the kick. During this time Carlisle United's players had a chance to rest. Róbert Benkó might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tod Bridgeworth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Róbert Benkó ran back to his position shaking his head. Emanuel Enoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calvin Townsley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Enoiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calvin Townsley's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Carlisle United's Tod Bridgeworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Benkó in the 33rd minute of play. Róbert Benkó might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tod Bridgeworth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Róbert Benkó ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute Róbert Benkó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tod Bridgeworth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Armada's Liviu Buceceanu in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carlisle United's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Calvin Townsley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emanuel Enoiu was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Róbert Benkó sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nial Messenger hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Liviu Buceceanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tod Bridgeworth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. If Róbert Benkó had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Calvin Townsley made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Carlisle United's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Benkó came free, but Tod Bridgeworth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tod Bridgeworth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Benkó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 played minutes Armada got a freekick which was hit by Rivaldo Esquerdo. Róbert Benkó recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tod Bridgeworth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbert Benkó in the 66th minute of play. Tod Bridgeworth was a little too slow when Róbert Benkó got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-4. Tod Bridgeworth made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Liviu Buceceanu sent off a good shot on target. If Róbert Benkó had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tod Bridgeworth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbert Benkó, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Tod Bridgeworth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Róbert Benkó in the 79th minute. Emanuel Enoiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calvin Townsley's shot from short distance in the 85th minute.
