Belo Academy were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after FC DNV Bratiskava's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jeferson Proença took the corner. The corner led Belo Academy's Jeferson Proença to fire away a dangerous shot which Pavol Chmelo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Belo Academy fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Belo Academy's Bernardinho Leão looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Belo Academy's Bernardinho Leão in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After taking down the ball on Belo Academy's corner Jeferson Proença fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pavol Chmelo quite easily take care of the ball. Belo Academy's Cristian Salgado got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pavol Chmelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardinho Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The supporters of FC DNV Bratiskava booed when Belo Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferenc Szántó didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Leão in the 41st minute of play forced FC DNV Bratiskava's goalkeeper Pavol Chmelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Válbson Silva was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pavol Chmelo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Belo Academy's Bernardinho Leão slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pavol Chmelo. That made the score 0-8 after 83 minutes of play. Belo Academy's Bernardinho Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardinho Leão in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pavol Chmelo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 89 minutes in the game, Bernardinho Leão fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Pavol Chmelo having to interfere. Pavol Chmelo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardinho Leão in the 92nd minute. With a little luck, FC DNV Bratiskava's Pavol Chmelo got control of the ball when Bernardinho Leão tried to sneak it across the goal line.
