With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kim Bolas in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Holger Vester saved Hammarby IF from getting behind. After some careless play in the Sliema Dragons FC defense, Francesco Totti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mike Axisa. The Sliema Dragons FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mike Axisa should have stopped the shot. Hammarby IF's Holger Vester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Ixidor in the 19th minute of play. Holger Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Ixidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 95th match minute, Hammarby IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silas Duarte to maneuver through the defense. Mike Axisa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ola Bremming in the 97th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
