If Simon Mogren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Edvin Kellman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Kryspin Wyrostek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Jörlanda's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Bentkowski came free, but Esbjörn Hökqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karol Panasewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esbjörn Hökqvist having to interfere. Esbjörn Hökqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Panasewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, Newcastle United's Remigiusz Wodaszak got a free kick in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Newcastle United's Juliusz Milko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jörlanda's Simon Mogren couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 44th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Newcastle United. After the first half Newcastle United were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Mogren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mieszko Waldoch got free with Esbjörn Hökqvist in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simon Mogren took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kryspin Wyrostek. Kryspin Wyrostek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After some careless play in the Jörlanda defense, Mieszko Waldoch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esbjörn Hökqvist. The Jörlanda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esbjörn Hökqvist should have stopped the shot. Karol Panasewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Esbjörn Hökqvist made a huge save. Simon Mogren scored 2-3 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kryspin Wyrostek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jaworski got a free kick in the 69th minute. Simon Mogren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
