Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mandrake fc's Rubim Peralta started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Rubim Peralta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kuwait's Hamzah Taqi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rubim Peralta in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamzah Taqi saved Kuwait from getting behind. Hamzah Taqi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubim Peralta in the 7th minute of the match. In the 11th match minute, Kuwait was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Habib Al Youha to maneuver through the defense. Hamzah Taqi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubim Peralta, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 21st minute, Eshaq Al Sarraf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute of the match Du Feng Kun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hamzah Taqi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rashed Al Shemali came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ekaitz Prats could save by the left post. 25 minutes into the match, Rubim Peralta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hamzah Taqi. Kuwait's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rubim Peralta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Hamzah Taqi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubim Peralta, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rubim Peralta in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hamzah Taqi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hamzah Taqi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rubim Peralta's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kuwait's goalkeeper Hamzah Taqi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 40 minutes, Rubim Peralta made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Kuwait's Hamzah Taqi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Rubim Peralta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hamzah Taqi was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. After 45 played minutes Kuwait got a freekick which was hit by Faleh Al Adsani. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kuwait's goalkeeper Hamzah Taqi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Habib Al Youha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Habib Al Youha during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 68 played minutes Kuwait got a freekick which was hit by Mosa Al Sallal. Hamzah Taqi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 71st minute, which inside left pole to 0-6. Du Feng Kun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamzah Taqi made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Rubim Peralta sent off a good shot on target. Faleh Al Adsani hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Mandrake fc's Severiano Primo was substituted for Du Feng Kun. The supporters of Mandrake fc booed when Kuwait was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faleh Al Adsani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hamzah Taqi was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Rubim Peralta capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rubim Peralta really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rubim Peralta in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamzah Taqi saved Kuwait from getting behind. 87 minutes into the game, Rubim Peralta recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hamzah Taqi. Rubim Peralta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. The supporters of Kuwait booed when Mandrake fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Primo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mosa Al Sallal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ekaitz Prats. Mandrake fc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 92 minutes, Mosa Al Sallal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kuwait and the Mandrake fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kuwait's Mosa Al Sallal got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Mandrake fc's Rubim Peralta fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After 96 minutes, Anas Al Kandere mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kuwait and the Mandrake fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 96 played minutes Kuwait got a freekick which was hit by Anas Al Kandere. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Anibal Molina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mandrake fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Anibal Molina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hamzah Taqi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mandrake fc played a much better game than Kuwait and deserved their victory. The Kuwait players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
