Simon Weterio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 9 minutes, Feliciano Orti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BATIgol FC and the Aston Villa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th match minute, BATIgol FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Orti to maneuver through the defense. Aston Villa FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Julian Unax scored to the left of an out of position Filiph Hägg, making the score, 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Merrill Pryor notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of BATIgol FC's Angel Peruzzi. Angel Peruzzi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Alvaro Elija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filiph Hägg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Unax's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. A collision led to BATIgol FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Seb Marud hit a great ball. Angel Peruzzi came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Aston Villa FC's Joel Strömberg. But to his dismay, Joel Strömberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Angel Peruzzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Åke Gunnarsson in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Unax in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filiph Hägg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. BATIgol FC's Angel Peruzzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Åke Gunnarsson in the 38th minute of play. A hard shot 39 in the game by Julian Unax from a close distance when the talented Filiph Hägg managed to make a qualified save. Aston Villa FC's players were relieved. Filiph Hägg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Unax in the 40th minute of play. Angel Peruzzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Merrill Pryor, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Aston Villa FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Strömberg in the 43rd minute. Angel Peruzzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Kalfhage, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After the first half Aston Villa FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute, Merrill Pryor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to BATIgol FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Feliciano Orti hit a great ball. Nils-Åke Gunnarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Peruzzi having to interfere. Nils-Åke Gunnarssons short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Angel Peruzzi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Aston Villa FC's Eddie Vallman got a free kick in the 60th minute. A collision led to BATIgol FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Feliciano Orti hit a great ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Julian Unax who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aston Villa FC's Filiph Hägg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filiph Hägg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Elija's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Angel Peruzzi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Merrill Pryor showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 75 minute of play. After a rather tough play, BATIgol FC's Romeo Millano got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 88 minutes into the match, Aston Villa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Unax came free, but Filiph Hägg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angel Peruzzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Merrill Pryor in the 91st minute. Tom Hökkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Aston Villa FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
