Francesco Toldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigore Arbore in the 18th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Grigore Arbore notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Peretu City 09's Francesco Toldo. Francesco Toldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Csíkszereda's 傅寒锋 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Suleiman Süleyman in the 40th minute of play. Suleiman Süleyman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 傅寒锋 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Horaţiu Bercea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Suleiman Süleyman made the kick off in the second half. When Joel Jegouzo fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peretu City 09's protests and gave Joel Jegouzo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Peretu City 09 getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Joel Jegouzo hit a great ball. Horaţiu Bercea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Suleiman Süleyman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Suleiman Süleyman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 傅寒锋 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Suleiman Süleyman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 傅寒锋. FC Csíkszereda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Suleiman Süleyman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Corneliu Zubaşcu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Francesco Toldo having to make a save. Francesco Toldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corneliu Zubaşcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 78 minutes, Isac Cicortaș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Csíkszereda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isac Cicortaș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80thth minute of the game Suleiman Süleyman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Csíkszereda's 傅寒锋 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Csíkszereda's Horaţiu Bercea got a free kick in the 81st minute. FC Csíkszereda's Dorin Dedu was substituted for Corneliu Zubaşcu. After 83 played minutes FC Csíkszereda got a freekick which was hit by Horaţiu Bercea. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Csíkszereda's goalkeeper 傅寒锋, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dan Coșmeanu's late challenge caught a Peretu City 09's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dan Coșmeanu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, one of FC Csíkszereda:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Csíkszereda. 傅寒锋 had in the 94thth minute some difficulties stopping Sait Remzi's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, Peretu City 09's Ionuț Brăiloiu got a free kick in the 97th minute.

The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Peretu City 09 were victorious despite being under pressure from FC Csíkszereda for much of the match.
