The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th match minute, FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Carlos Vasconcelos to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Chicão Freire ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diogo Souza was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 17th minute Gilmar Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, A A Arizona's Mauro Rodrigues got a free kick in the 24th minute. Thomás Duarte struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Rodolfo Siqueira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO. Renatinho Furlan took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodolfo Siqueira. Rodolfo Siqueira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilmar Amorim in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodolfo Siqueira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gilmar Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Rodolfo Siqueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Siqueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Carlos Vasconcelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. A A Arizona's Rodolfo Siqueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilmar Amorim in the 36th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilmar Amorim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mazinho Godoi took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diogo Souza. Diogo Souza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's Diogo Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mazinho Godoi in the 63rd minute of play. Rodolfo Siqueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renatinho Furlan in the 65th minute of the match. Carlos Augusto Santos hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, A A Arizona's goal looked a bit too open when Manfredo Sarmento came free, but Rodolfo Siqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 played minutes FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO got a freekick which was hit by Gilmar Amorim. Fabinho Sanches hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in A A Arizona's zone, Renatinho Furlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Siqueira came out of the goal and Renatinho Furlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilmar Amorim did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-5 to the left of a surprised Rodolfo Siqueira 85 minutes into the match. In the 92ndth minute of the game Gilmar Amorim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A A Arizona's Rodolfo Siqueira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
