If Toninho Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiago Fantini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Benjamin Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laerte Brito was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. In the 28th match minute, Bem Bolado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laerte Brito to maneuver through the defense. Tiago Fantini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Maranhense in the 32nd minute of play forced Bem Bolado's goalkeeper Benjamin Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Rubens Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrapichel da shopee FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rubens Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Romero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benjamin Romero guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 47thth minute of the game Rubens Alcântara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bem Bolado's Benjamin Romero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Wilton Ferraz made the kick off in the second half. Benjamin Romero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lúcio Maranhense in the 51st minute. Emerson Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Benjamin Romero made a huge save. When Lúcio Maranhense came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Carrapichel da shopee FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lúcio Maranhense couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Carrapichel da shopee FC booed when Bem Bolado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duarte Rosado didn't get a good kick on the ball.
