Jeremias Ignatius started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Paulo Opilano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeledon Ferran was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Zeledon Ferran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Opilano's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Los Hornos were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Terremoto FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Agustin Cesaro took the corner. After a rather tough play, Los Hornos's Gualterio Nazario got a free kick in the 9th minute. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Zeledon Ferran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Opilano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Pes charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Zeledon Ferran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Opilano in the 27th minute. The wind increased when Melquiades Hurko made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Terremoto FC booed when Los Hornos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Nazario didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Mirande got free with Everardo Francho in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Terremoto FC were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Los Hornos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hugo Mirande took the corner. In the 59th minute, Terremoto FC's Melquiades Hurko dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Terremoto FC's Zeledon Ferran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Ignatius in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Terremoto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Ignatius came free, but Zeledon Ferran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rdth minute of the game Jeremias Ignatius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Terremoto FC's Zeledon Ferran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Jeremias Ignatius sped through Terremoto FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeledon Ferran. Terremoto FC's Enrique Bento was substituted for Cornelio Hermelando. Los Hornos made a substitution. Fabian Valery replaced Feliciano Loramendi. Los Hornos's Marciano Tanio was substituted for Humberto Iyan. After 69 played minutes Los Hornos got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Cesaro. Terremoto FC's Octavio Eli was substituted for Juan Chabier. Everardo Francho acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Hugo Mirande. Los Hornos's Agustin Cesaro took a good shot, in the 96th minute, which hit the crossbar above Zeledon Ferran's head, and flew over the goal. Terremoto FC's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Los Hornos.
