Vali Cornoiu scored 2-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudemiro Tristão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vali Cornoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Claudemiro Tristão made a huge save. 14 minutes into the match, GD Almargense's goal looked a bit too open when Vali Cornoiu came free, but Claudemiro Tristão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vali Cornoiu in the 14th minute of play forced GD Almargense's goalkeeper Claudemiro Tristão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudemiro Tristão made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Vali Cornoiu sent off a good shot on target. Marcelo Barovero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedito Rebelo in the 20th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vali Cornoiu in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudemiro Tristão saved GD Almargense from getting behind. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dušan Vlahović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudemiro Tristão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vali Cornoiu in the 26th minute. GuateFortín's Vali Cornoiu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. GD Almargense's Claudemiro Tristão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save GD Almargense from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vali Cornoiu got free with Claudemiro Tristão in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 32 minutes, Vali Cornoiu made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. The corner led GD Almargense's Moussa N'Diaye to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcelo Barovero despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Barovero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. GD Almargense's Claudemiro Tristão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Ángel Benito in the 95th minute of play.
