In the 5thth minute of the game Ulisses Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Herblay's Kader Raguin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hílton Guedes kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match, Adam Maugard got a very nice opportunity to score, but Juan Azevedo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Herblay booed when Nova Erechim - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Gabriel Peres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Salomon Got 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Salomon Got could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Juan Azevedo however easily saved by the left post. Juan Azevedo was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Adam Maugard capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adam Maugard really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Adam Maugard hit a great ball.

In the 51st minute, Salomon Got left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Herblay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Juan Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salomon Got, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Juan Azevedo came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Herblay's Salomon Got. But to his dismay, Salomon Got quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 65 minutes into the game, Herblay's Salomon Got nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Azevedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. After some careless play in the Nova Erechim - FSCMZ defense, Antonin Daguerre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Azevedo. The Nova Erechim - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Azevedo should have stopped the shot. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Juan Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salomon Got in the 72nd minute of play. Kader Raguin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Augusto Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 84th minute Adam Maugard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Salomon Got cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Juan Azevedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juan Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salomon Got in the 90th minute of play. After 90 minutes, Pedrinho Tande mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nova Erechim - FSCMZ and the Herblay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Pedrinho Tande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salomon Got in the 93rd minute of play forced Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Juan Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Salomon Got notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Juan Azevedo. Juan Azevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Herblay players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
