Tommie Vaes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Silver Squad AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pedro Luiz Quirino took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Pedro Luiz Quirino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommie Vaes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Roque in the 26th minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Tommie Vaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ booed when Silver Squad AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joost Cockaerts didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Vítor Roque dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommie Vaes, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Silver Squad AFC's zone, Vítor Roque stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommie Vaes came out of the goal and Vítor Roque tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommie Vaes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vítor Roque in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Tommie Vaes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vítor Roque. 43 minutes into the game, Joost Cockaerts was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Silver Squad AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ the free kick. The supporters of CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ booed when Silver Squad AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joost Cockaerts didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Lorenzo Rockloos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommie Vaes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vítor Roque went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Júnior Santos during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Júnior Santos hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match.
