He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gracie Barra fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! Falcão Cunha had in the 45thth minute some difficulties stopping João Vítor Porto's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinicio Junior made a kick off. Falcão Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shao Hao Zhen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Falcão Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shao Hao Zhen in the 54th minute of play. Hugo de Queirós replaced Jamey Hankins. Gracie Barra's Snorri De Hond was substituted for Augusto Saldanha. João Vítor Porto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Falcão Cunha. Gracie Barra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The Gracie Barra players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
