In the 12thth minute of the game Cristóvão de Salles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diego Eterno's Modesto Santikurtz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo Mendonça in the 14th minute of play forced Diego Eterno's goalkeeper Modesto Santikurtz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Abutres 2003 FDP booed when Diego Eterno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Lucado didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bello Tajo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After recieving a nice pass, Abutres 2003 FDP's Flavinho Britto tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bello Tajo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Passos having to interfere. Tony Passos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bello Tajo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 40 minute of play. In the 46th minute Cristóvão de Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Santikurtz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Modesto Santikurtz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerônimo Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Emanuel Sindo hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fred Lucas made a kick off. Tony Passos came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Diego Eterno's Bello Tajo. But to his dismay, Bello Tajo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Bello Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the game, Cacá Prestes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After a defensive mix-up in Abutres 2003 FDP's zone, Maximiliano Lleir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony Passos came out of the goal and Maximiliano Lleir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Abutres 2003 FDP's Caio Aguiar got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 91 played minutes, Diego Eterno's Gabriel Neto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tony Passos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Diego Eterno reached it. After a rather tough play, Diego Eterno's Bello Tajo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Diego Eterno had won after a very even match.
