Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Epifanio Guerrero successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Domingo Hartz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Epifanio Guerrero made a huge save. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Domingo Hartz sped through alvarado's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Epifanio Guerrero. In the 21stth minute of the game Teofil Gierlach who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but alvarado's Epifanio Guerrero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, alvarado's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Gierlach came free, but Epifanio Guerrero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Teofilo Oskitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Cordarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Epifanio Guerrero managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Crosmayo FC's Domingo Hartz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alonzo Cordarin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Esteban Đido stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Teofilo Oskitz could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Alonzo Cordarin however easily saved by the left post.
