The DIF LEEDS BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silviu Novac in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrício Falcão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Sprite Star Football's Jemerson Fuchs got a free kick in the 36th minute. If Ernst Dahlquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sprite Star Football's goalkeeper Fabrício Falcão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Sprite Star Football's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Dahlquist came free, but Fabrício Falcão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute Oséas Freire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brazilio Butt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, DIF LEEDS BK's goal looked a bit too open when Monge Mong came free, but Brazilio Butt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute Daniel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brazilio Butt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brazilio Butt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Abraão in the 88th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Silviu Novac recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fabrício Falcão. Silviu Novac showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. DIF LEEDS BK's Ulf Nordlander was substituted for Ernst Dahlquist. Fabrício Falcão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dennis Johnsson in the 96th minute. The DIF LEEDS BK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing DIF LEEDS BK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
