Arif Akçabay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Podowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 minutes of play, KS HANZA Goleniów's Morgan Lundqvist made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arif Akçabay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Miromir Podowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arif Akçabay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miromir Podowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Maj Maj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atahan Tuyan in the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute Miromir Podowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Akçabay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Miromir Podowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arif Akçabay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miromir Podowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, KS HANZA Goleniów's goalkeeper Maj Maj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nizam Ruhsat. Morgan Lundqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Akçabay having to interfere. KS HANZA Goleniów's Maj Maj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hazım Ulukan in the 36th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Miromir Podowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS HANZA Goleniów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After the first half KS HANZA Goleniów were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Bayburt SK ☪ booed when KS HANZA Goleniów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morgan Lundqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arif Akçabay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miromir Podowski in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bayburt SK ☪'s goalkeeper Arif Akçabay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 59 played minutes Bayburt SK ☪ got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Rydzewski. KS HANZA Goleniów made a substitution. Ryan Giggs replaced Slawomir Zieba. 61 minutes into the game, Miromir Podowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arif Akçabay. Miromir Podowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. The crowd rose to their feet as KS HANZA Goleniów's Patryk Dulka slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arif Akçabay. That made the score 1-5 after 85 minutes of play. In the 91st minute of the match, Patryk Dulka tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arif Akçabay saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 92 played minutes Bayburt SK ☪ got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Rydzewski.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. KS HANZA Goleniów walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
