The corner ended in Paolo Ferdinand almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SALIMEN's Elói Miranda did a great save. Krakaca Neto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Elói Miranda made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Krakaca Neto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Cláudio Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of SALIMEN booed when Futuros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Ferdinand didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, César Catarinense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, one of Futuros FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Futuros FC. After some careless play in the Futuros FC defense, Rony Eger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Carlos Andrade. The Futuros FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Carlos Andrade should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute Futuros FC were awarded a corner. Hendrik-Jan Van Nel went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Futuros FC's corner Hendrik-Jan Van Nel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Elói Miranda quite easily take care of the ball. Hendrik-Jan Van Nel succeeded in the game's 85th minute to get real power on a long shot . SALIMEN's Elói Miranda hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 3-2! The supporters of Futuros FC booed when SALIMEN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldão Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Futuros FC's Hendrik-Jan Van Nel took a good shot, in the 88th minute, which hit the crossbar above Elói Miranda's head, and flew over the goal. SALIMEN's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Futuros FC. Elói Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Hernández in the 91st minute of the match. João Carlos Andrade made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Rony Eger sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as SALIMEN's Rony Eger slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João Carlos Andrade. That made the score 3-3 after 97 minutes of play. The SALIMEN players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Futuros FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
