Sebastian Quirce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aietes Rigatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yannik Blocks in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Quirce saved Pan FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrosio Opilano in the 10th minute of play forced Heavy Metal Pirates's goalkeeper Borys Patora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Yannik Blocks cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sebastian Quirce was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastian Quirce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aietes Rigatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute of the match Heavy Metal Pirates got a corner. Pan FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Shen Yong Xing ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Shen Yong Xing got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sebastian Quirce quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 22nd minute, Heavy Metal Pirates's Hermengildo Frascuelo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hermengildo Frascuelo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Heavy Metal Pirates protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hermengildo Frascuelo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Heavy Metal Pirates! Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yannik Blocks in the 30th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Heavy Metal Pirates's goalkeeper Borys Patora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonio Sabina. Borys Patora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Opilano in the 39th minute of the match. Sebastian Quirce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Czerniejewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute Heavy Metal Pirates were awarded a corner. Shen Yong Xing went to the cornerflag to take it. Shen Yong Xing made a great header on Heavy Metal Pirates's corner, it was just that Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 45th minute, 许明卫 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pan FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1.

Pan FC made a substitution. Arnaldo Urtzi replaced 许明卫. Heavy Metal Pirates's Juliusz Dyczkowski was substituted for Yannik Blocks. Borys Patora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Opilano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the game, Pan FC's Ambrosio Opilano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Borys Patora made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After 71 played minutes Pan FC got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Alvarez. Heavy Metal Pirates's Lucjan Malewicz was substituted for Hassan Brousseau. The supporters of Heavy Metal Pirates booed when Pan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Alvarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75thth minute of the game Juliusz Dyczkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Borys Patora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ambrosio Opilano, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 76th minute Ambrosio Opilano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Patora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Heavy Metal Pirates's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Opilano came free, but Borys Patora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juliusz Dyczkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Sebastian Quirce made a huge save. Borys Patora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Opilano in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd play minute Juliusz Dyczkowski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sebastian Quirce. 4-2. In the 97th match minute, Pan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Alvarez to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pan FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Heavy Metal Pirates had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
