The audience thought a goal was coming when Petre Prisecaru got free with Reynaldo Cestarolli in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the match, Vasile Angelescu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Cestarolli FC's Reynaldo Cestarolli. Reynaldo Cestarolli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th minute, Abdelbassir Cestarolli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Bîndean was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, Cestarolli FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Cestarolli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vasile Angelescu. Abdelbassir Cestarolli took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Bîndean. David Bîndean dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 36th minute, one of FC Inter Craiova:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Inter Craiova. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdelbassir Cestarolli made a kick off. Reynaldo Cestarolli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 蔡飞耀 in the 71st minute of the match. Reynaldo Cestarolli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Maghiran, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute Abdelbassir Cestarolli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Bîndean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelbassir Cestarolli in the 85th minute of play forced FC Inter Craiova's goalkeeper David Bîndean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Cestarolli FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vasile Angelescu came free, but Reynaldo Cestarolli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
