In the 10th minute, Aquilino Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cable a Tierra's Apolo Quilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Hurko in the 11th minute of play. A collision led to Rafaela FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Iker Roldanillo hit a great ball. Gustavo Amato charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo Amato the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cable a Tierra booed when Rafaela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Jon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eusebio Gorosti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Turi having to interfere. Lucas Cisneros kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Cable a Tierra's Apolo Quilo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Cable a Tierra from getting a goal against them. In the 29th minute of the match, Justo Baldovino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Apolo Quilo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Apolo Quilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Hurko, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Eusebio Gorosti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gualterio Turi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Pablo Lizzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Gualterio Turi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Eusebio Gorosti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Turi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebio Gorosti scored 0-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gualterio Turi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 43 minutes of play, Cable a Tierra's Eleuterio Ekain made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gualterio Turi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iker Roldanillo kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The Rafaela FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cable a Tierra were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eusebio Gorosti to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Pablo Lizzio took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Gualterio Turi to make any attempt to save it. In the 59th minute, Eusebio Gorosti made a precise shot to the right of Gualterio Turi. Rafaela FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in Rafaela FC's zone, Filiberto Galindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualterio Turi came out of the goal and Filiberto Galindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Eusebio Gorosti dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gualterio Turi, 1-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Galindo in the 73rd minute of play forced Rafaela FC's goalkeeper Gualterio Turi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Cisneros hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Cable a Tierra's Generoso Tavio was substituted for Roberto Lucila. Cable a Tierra made a substitution. Baltasar Gaitan replaced Pablo Lizzio. In the 75th match minute, Cable a Tierra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Cisneros to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st match minute, Cable a Tierra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Galindo to maneuver through the defense. After 86 played minutes Cable a Tierra got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Gorosti. After a rather tough play, Rafaela FC's Melchor Ilazki got a free kick in the 88th minute. Gualterio Turi was a little too slow when Generoso Tavio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 1-8. In the 95th minute, Eusebio Gorosti made a precise shot to the right of Gualterio Turi. Rafaela FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-9. When the match was over Cable a Tierra could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rafaela FC throughout the match.
