Luiz Paulo Brito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Renatinho Mesquita's late challenge caught a ≮王者归来≯Island Sunrise's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Renatinho Mesquita helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Marzagão getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Renatinho Mesquita hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Renatinho Mesquita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 20 in the game by Óskar Aspfors from a close distance when the talented Luiz Paulo Brito managed to make a qualified save. Marzagão's players were relieved. With splendid footwork Faustão Brodel arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-0 by the left pole in the game's 22nd minute. Luiz Paulo Brito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrianinho Torres's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Carlinhos Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Esteves in the 27th minute of the match. The ≮王者归来≯Island Sunrise fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when ≮王者归来≯Island Sunrise's Óskar Aspfors looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet as Óskar Aspfors kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luiz Paulo Brito. That made the score 5-0 in the 36 minute of play. Marzagão's Luiz Paulo Brito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Marzagão from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Óskar Aspfors got free with Luiz Paulo Brito in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 43 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goalkeeper Luiz Paulo Brito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Óskar Aspfors. Luiz Paulo Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrianinho Torres in the 45th minute of play. Óskar Aspfors in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luiz Paulo Brito, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Marzagão's Luiz Paulo Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrianinho Torres in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustão Brodel in the 53rd minute of play forced Marzagão's goalkeeper Luiz Paulo Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Óskar Aspfors made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Paulo Brito. Marzagão's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 62 minutes into the match, Romário Romero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Paulo Brito. Marzagão's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romário Romero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Luiz Paulo Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustão Brodel in the 65th minute of play. After having played for 68 minutes, Romário Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ≮王者归来≯Island Sunrise's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romário Romero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ≮王者归来≯Island Sunrise's Carlinhos Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Donato in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinei Branco in the 73rd minute of play forced Marzagão's goalkeeper Luiz Paulo Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Óskar Aspfors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When ≮王者归来≯Island Sunrise's Óskar Aspfors in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Luiz Paulo Brito was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the ≮王者归来≯Island Sunrise players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
