Pedro Alcázar started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Altermundi FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Agustín Palacios hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Alcázar in the 15th minute of play forced Mandrake fc's goalkeeper Elar Quero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rollo Duguid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geofredo Jurado in the 17th minute of the match. Elar Quero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Palacios in the 22nd minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pelayo Segura came free, but Rollo Duguid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 played minutes Altermundi FC got a freekick which was hit by Inocente Luna. The supporters of Altermundi FC booed when Mandrake fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pelayo Segura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pepe Macho lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. Alberto Tassara was slow to take the kick. During this time Altermundi FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Altermundi FC's Agustín Palacios getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When Agustín Palacios fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altermundi FC's protests and gave Agustín Palacios a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute Inocente Luna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elar Quero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabricio Peragallo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 41 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, one of Altermundi FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Altermundi FC.

If Paulino Huguet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elar Quero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Palacios in the 56th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mandrake fc's Xavian Quintero got a free kick in the 56th minute. The supporters of Altermundi FC booed when Mandrake fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo De Pablo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, Mandrake fc's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aldo Pomar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 65th match minute, Altermundi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Palacios to maneuver through the defense. Elar Quero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocente Luna, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Cugat Lara's late challenge caught a Altermundi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cugat Lara helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mandrake fc getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Cugat Lara hit a great ball. Aldo Pomar charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aldo Pomar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Altermundi FC's Aldo Pomar got a free kick in the 75th minute. After some careless play in the Mandrake fc defense, Aldo Pomar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elar Quero. The Mandrake fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elar Quero should have stopped the shot. In the 85thth minute of the game Inocente Luna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mandrake fc's Elar Quero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 90 minutes, Inocente Luna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altermundi FC and the Mandrake fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Inocente Luna hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Altermundi FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
