An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierrot Leenpoels in the 6th minute of play forced Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Tadeo Udalaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Elia Di Vincenzo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Machine Gun Kelly's Tadeo Udalaitz did a great save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Sao Brasola's Camillo Galeone was substituted for Emilio Paglione. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Conrado Erramun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Ernesto Daniel Capone could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Tadeo Udalaitz however easily saved by the left post. Tadeo Udalaitz came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Sao Brasola's Carter Di Fazio. But to his dismay, Carter Di Fazio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Aristides Boniel took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Urbano Saturnin. Urbano Saturnin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Lizer in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Urbano Saturnin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Urbano Saturnin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Lizer's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, Machine Gun Kelly could leave the field as winners, despite Sao Brasola having more of the ball for most of the match.
