Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Laurentzi in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guto Jacinto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ren Jie Fan in the 55th minute of play forced Nonatos United's goalkeeper Takis Oikonomopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by GeRaÇãO-83's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
