A collision led to FC Dalin getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Nguyễn Thanh hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Violet Petev got free with Hoàng Nghiêm-Minh in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute, Knights Templar's Sabin Tecău ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hoàng Nghiêm-Minh. Hoàng Nghiêm-Minh yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Knights Templar eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
