Stockholm Generals's Ivar Unesson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Stockholm Generals from getting a goal against them. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivar Unesson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ivar Unesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Berglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 6th minute Andreas Berglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Unesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Berglund spun around in front of the goal 7 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Stockholm Generals's goal. Stockholm Generals's Ivar Unesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Markusson in the 13th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Ivar Unesson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 14th minute skeppshults boys were awarded a corner. Olov Markusson went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 17th minute, Andreas Berglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johan Billvall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milan Pavlovský, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivar Unesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Markusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. A collision led to skeppshults boys getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Elliott Törnkvist hit a great ball. 48 minutes into the match, Stockholm Generals's goalkeeper Ivar Unesson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yngve Persson. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Andreas Berglund charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andreas Berglund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Stockholm Generals booed when skeppshults boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Berglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Robin Valström from long distance, 72 minutes into the match, got Johan Billvall's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 73rd minute of the match, Alexis Sánchez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Johan Billvall saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 74 played minutes Stockholm Generals got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Holmberg. In the 75th minute, Olov Markusson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Stockholm Generals's Ivar Unesson didn't even have to move. Johan Billvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexis Sánchez in the 82nd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Stockholm Generals's Johan Billvall threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alexis Sánchez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ivar Unesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yngve Persson in the 85th minute of the match. Kurt Holmberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Johan Billvall when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
