After 8 played minutes Parque Europa FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Valverde. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xamin Nogueira in the 18th minute of play forced Parque Europa FC's goalkeeper Gero Casta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haimar Traves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valery Cardeñosa's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 25th minute, Valery Cardeñosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Parque Europa FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Firmo Tigero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Haimar Traves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balesio Velasco in the 32nd minute of play. Xurxo Ranero kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Cordairo Torrente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Parque Europa FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Balesio Velasco hit a great ball. After the first half Parque Europa FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valery Cardeñosa to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, R.B Leipzig's Firmo Tigero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gero Casta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Gero Casta came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by R.B Leipzig's Firmo Tigero. But to his dismay, Firmo Tigero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Valery Cardeñosa scored 2-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Haimar Traves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sotero Villalva kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Balesio Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Haimar Traves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Bartoleme Terrazos managed to get in a good position for a shot. R.B Leipzig's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartoleme Terrazos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gero Casta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartoleme Terrazos in the 77th minute of play forced Parque Europa FC's goalkeeper Gero Casta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sotero Villalva's late challenge caught a Parque Europa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sotero Villalva helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to R.B Leipzig getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Sotero Villalva hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Bertran Unzueta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
