Arano Esparza started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, MILLONARIOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Brun Mugica came free, but Videl Mauriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, MILLONARIOS FC's Juan Corredor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Theobald Manjon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Roberto Quicedo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Theobald Manjon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Valle Saron's Theobald Manjon got control of the ball when Juan Corredor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valle Saron's Theobald Manjon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Valle Saron from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Corredor in the 17th minute of play forced Valle Saron's goalkeeper Theobald Manjon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Silban Argomedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Valle Saron's goalkeeper Theobald Manjon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Brun Mugica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Valle Saron defense, Juan Corredor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Theobald Manjon. The Valle Saron fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Theobald Manjon should have stopped the shot. Theobald Manjon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Corredor in the 41st minute. Valle Saron's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Juan Corredor scored to the left of an out of position Theobald Manjon, making the score, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 51st minute Juan Corredor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theobald Manjon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53 played minutes MILLONARIOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Silban Argomedo. After some careless play in the Valle Saron defense, Juan Corredor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Theobald Manjon. The Valle Saron fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Theobald Manjon should have stopped the shot. 59 minutes into the match, Patxi Palenzuela notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Valle Saron's Theobald Manjon. Theobald Manjon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of MILLONARIOS FC booed when Valle Saron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brun Mugica didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Valle Saron's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Corredor came free, but Theobald Manjon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute Juan Corredor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theobald Manjon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 played minutes Valle Saron got a freekick which was hit by Guib Martijana. Juan Corredor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Theobald Manjon having to make a save. In the 80th minute Juan Corredor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theobald Manjon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Theobald Manjon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Corredor in the 87th minute of the match. Valle Saron's Theobald Manjon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Corredor in the 90th minute of play. MILLONARIOS FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
