Luizão Bocanegra started the match with the kick off. The Atletas Campesinos F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 2nd match minute when Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Luís Hernandez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alonzo Niguel struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. After taking down the ball on Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s corner Conrado Mouricio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilson Cassia quite easily take care of the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Jean de Barros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.A. Francana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletas Campesinos F.C. the free kick. Jean de Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. With a little luck, A.A. Francana's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 30th match minute, Atletas Campesinos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ma Jian Hai to maneuver through the defense. Wilson Cassia made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Joel Federigo sent off a good shot on target. Wilson Cassia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Hernandez in the 36th minute of play. With his leg Wilson Cassia managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Joel Federigo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 42nd minute, Remigio Handi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conrado Mouricio hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Federigo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Válbson Soeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Federigo struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. A.A. Francana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remigio Handi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 86th minute Joel Federigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Cassia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute Atletas Campesinos F.C. were awarded a corner. Conrado Mouricio went to the cornerflag to take it. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Alonzo Niguel pulled a muscle in his back after 91 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kiko Santos during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Ciro Ostadar was substituted for Alonzo Niguel. Wilson Cassia had in the 94thth minute some difficulties stopping Conrado Mouricio's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 94th minute, Conrado Mouricio made a precise shot to the right of Wilson Cassia. A.A. Francana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Wilson Cassia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Hernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
