After 9 minutes, Melquiades Sanduru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Showtime FC and the Onsala Ass Kickers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th minute, Oskar Giöck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Onsala Ass Kickers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Leonides Lugo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Odman in the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to Onsala Ass Kickers getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. David Odman hit a great ball. After 21 minutes of play, Onsala Ass Kickers's David Odman made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonides Lugo was left in no man's land by his defense there! If David Odman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 35 minutes, David Odman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Onsala Ass Kickers's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Odman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jan-Olof Brogren's late challenge caught a Showtime FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Olof Brogren helped the player get up and apologised. Jan-Olof Brogren hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Ek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Onsala Ass Kickers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Showtime FC the free kick. In the 43rd match minute, Onsala Ass Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilhelm Ek to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melquiades Sanduru made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Onsala Ass Kickers's zone, Melquiades Sanduru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rune Norberg came out of the goal and Melquiades Sanduru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Oskar Giöck made a precise shot to the right of Leonides Lugo. Showtime FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Leonides Lugo stood somewhat misplaced when David Odman came free in front of goal and shot 1-4 to the left of him in the 59 minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game David Odman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Showtime FC's Leonides Lugo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Showtime FC's goalkeeper Leonides Lugo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Odman. Leonides Lugo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Odman's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Onsala Ass Kickers's David Odman was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 69th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oskar Giöck got free with Leonides Lugo in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Odman in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonides Lugo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. David Odmans short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Leonides Lugo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 88 minutes into the game, Oskar Giöck recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leonides Lugo. Oskar Giöck showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Leonides Lugo made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Oskar Giöck sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Onsala Ass Kickers could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Showtime FC throughout the match.
