Spectators: 171 (Terracing: 129, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Victor Orzaize started the match with the kick off. Gavino Eguntsenti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Toral in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Orzaize in the 7th minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Laerte Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Jaime Cardozo got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 21st minute, Ragnar Thor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laerte Messias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Iratze, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd match minute, Equipo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Arano to maneuver through the defense. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Caetano Toscano shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 24th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gavino Eguntsenti but with some difficulty. 26 minutes into the game, Astor Lon threw the ball into play from the sideline. Barcellos Mineiro FC's João Pedro Arce quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Barcellos Mineiro FC booed when Equipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Arnas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Casimiro Neron during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jaime Cardozo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gavino Eguntsenti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Toral in the 45th minute of play. If Bruno Henrique had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the match, Equipo's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Toral came free, but Gavino Eguntsenti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Equipo getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Amadeo Iratze hit a great ball. In the 56th minute Jaime Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Eguntsenti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barcellos Mineiro FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Caetano Toscano in the 57th minute. After taking down the ball on Barcellos Mineiro FC's corner Caetano Toscano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gavino Eguntsenti quite easily take care of the ball. When Barcellos Mineiro FC's Ali Toral in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Equipo's goalie prevented a goal. After 62 played minutes Equipo got a freekick which was hit by Iker Erlantz. In the 63rd minute of the match Caetano Toscano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gavino Eguntsenti showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Equipo's Gavino Eguntsenti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Henrique in the 78th minute of play. Iker Erlantz made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Barcellos Mineiro FC's Fausto Queirós. Equipo's Gavino Eguntsenti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Toral in the 84th minute of play. After 86 minutes of play Equipo's Casimiro Neron was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Equipo getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Casimiro Neron hit a great ball. Ali Toral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Equipo's Gavino Eguntsenti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Toral in the 93rd minute of play. Gavino Eguntsenti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Toral in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Jaime Cardozo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barcellos Mineiro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Equipo the free kick. Jaime Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
