Paulo Bartolome's late challenge caught a Grêmio RK75's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The goal made the score 2-0. 46 minutes into the match, Academia Club's goalkeeper Hernan Ellande had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eurico Martins.
