Inter Gala's Naldo Félix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Inter Gala from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Inter Gala's Naldo Félix got control of the ball when Madaleno Quevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Patricio Toribia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráusio Batista in the 17th minute of play. Naldo Félix was a little too slow when Madaleno Quevedo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. Patricio Toribia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Luís da Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Kiko Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Toribia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Paulo Fernandez might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patricio Toribia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zé Paulo Fernandez ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee felt a red card was in order, 30 minutes into the game, when Sílvio Luís da Silveira put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Inter Gala:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol:s goal. 35 minutes into the match, POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Perfecto Orgaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Naldo Félix narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 37th minute POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol were awarded a corner. Ştefan Negrilă went to the cornerflag to take it. After 38 played minutes POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol got a freekick which was hit by Theo van Persie. Naldo Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Negrilă in the 41st minute of play. Naldo Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perfecto Orgaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. If Venceslas Casiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Madaleno Quevedo made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Zé Paulo Fernandez in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Venceslas Casiano. After having played for 60 minutes, Madaleno Quevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Madaleno Quevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Naldo Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Soyuncu Carron in the 62nd minute of play. When Alan Jacinto fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inter Gala's protests and gave Alan Jacinto a yellow card for diving instead. Alan Jacinto hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Soyuncu Carron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th match minute, Inter Gala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magno Matorin to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Perfecto Orgaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's supporters rose to their feet, but Perfecto Orgaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naldo Félix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Perfecto Orgaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naldo Félix having to interfere. Inter Gala made a substitution. Reinaldo Dracena replaced Magno Matorin. If Perfecto Orgaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Madaleno Quevedo took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Naldo Félix. Naldo Félix dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Madaleno Quevedo in the 85th minute of play forced Inter Gala's goalkeeper Naldo Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes of play, Inter Gala's Kiko Salles made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patricio Toribia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Inter Gala's Naldo Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ştefan Negrilă in the 91st minute of play. After 96 played minutes POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol got a freekick which was hit by Theo van Persie.
