Penalty! In the 18th minute Róbert Seres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mihály Hámori's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolas Bastos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Mihály Hámori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 22nd minute Mihály Hámori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Robinho de Godoi got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Róbert Seres kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. If Mihály Hámori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 33 minutes into the match, Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's goal looked a bit too open when Mihály Hámori came free, but Nicolas Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mihály Hámori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Nicolas Bastos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihály Hámori in the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Grandi Lupi's Mihály Hámori sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolas Bastos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Levente Balogh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Nicolas Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by János Gyulai in the 48th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cipriano Baeza to strike the kick off in the second half. Mihály Hámori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Bastos having to interfere. Rui de Mendonça's late challenge caught a Grandi Lupi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rui de Mendonça helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ got a freekick which was hit by Rui de Mendonça. Nicolas Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihály Hámori in the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's zone, Mihály Hámori stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Bastos came out of the goal and Mihály Hámori tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 76th play minutes Mihály Hámori shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Nicolas Bastos and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 80th minute, János Gyulai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rajmund Szatmári's late challenge caught a Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rajmund Szatmári helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Grandi Lupi getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Rajmund Szatmári hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute of the match Olavo Loyola shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tivadar Lovas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nicolas Bastos made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Róbert Seres sent off a good shot on target. Nicolas Bastos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Róbert Seres went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Grandi Lupi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
