After having played for 6 minutes, Thibaut Mazieres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Pointe Courte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thibaut Mazieres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sabri Fouquet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnoldo Maldonado in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute, Manuel Ur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romulo Bertran hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. La Pointe Courte's Sabri Fouquet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Bernad in the 25th minute of play. Bora18's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnoldo Maldonado in the 26th minute. Luis Ponciano made a great header on Bora18's corner, it was just that La Pointe Courte's Sabri Fouquet managed to reach the ball for a save. Ramiro Llorienzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Boivin, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Damian Bernad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sabri Fouquet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Atarrabi in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Pointe Courte's Simon Boivin got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute, Dominique Virapin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jean-Pascal Hingant kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes Bora18 got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Lorencio. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Anselmo Atarrabi kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Ramiro Llorienzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Michel Blandin, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bora18's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jean-Michel Blandin was slow to take the kick. During this time La Pointe Courte's players had a chance to rest. Pierre-Antoine Mariette was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. La Pointe Courte's Wilfried Mahé was substituted for Dominique Virapin. Ramiro Llorienzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Michel Blandin in the 73rd minute of play. Ramiro Llorienzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Antoine Mariette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thibaut Mazieres hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, La Pointe Courte's Wilfried Mahé ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ramiro Llorienzo. Ramiro Llorienzo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1.
