Tiberiu Nedelcea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thor Gustafsson having to make a save. When Costică Milea came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Viola Invest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Costică Milea couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Pavel Cârstea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute, Costică Milea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pavel Cârstea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Costică Milea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Thor Gustafsson made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexander Julin during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Lobster if got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Julin. In the 37th minute, Costică Milea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Viola Invest fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Marcu Vlas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timmy Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Mădălin Bănățeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiberiu Nedelcea to make the kick off. A collision led to Lobster if getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Alexander Julin hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcu Vlas in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thor Gustafsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tiberiu Nedelcea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thor Gustafsson having to make a save. Costică Milea might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thor Gustafsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Costică Milea ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 55 minutes, Costică Milea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viola Invest's supporters crossed their fingers, but Costică Milea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Lobster if's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Vlas came free, but Thor Gustafsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiberiu Nedelcea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thor Gustafsson having to make a save. 63 minutes into the match, Marcu Vlas notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Lobster if's Thor Gustafsson. Thor Gustafsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thor Gustafsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasile Soare in the 67th minute of the match. Flavius Izbașa was slow to take the kick. During this time Viola Invest's players had a chance to rest. In the 93rdth minute of the game Costică Milea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobster if's Thor Gustafsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Timmy Blom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Viola Invest fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lobster if had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
