In the 9th minute Elis Färber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Myhrvold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severin Hussein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Wolf Poll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jørgen Waage's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Wolf Poll skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Wolf Poll was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Jørgen Waage capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jørgen Waage really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. A collision led to Gædd FK getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Gjøran Kvale hit a great ball. Eskil Myhrvold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulrich Pickartz in the 23rd minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Arne Herber was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tiger's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gædd FK the free kick. Arvid Wacker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Eskil Myhrvold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eskil Myhrvold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elis Färber, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Gædd FK's Eskil Myhrvold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elis Färber in the 38th minute of play. Wolf Poll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jørgen Waage in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulrich Pickartz made a kick off. Wolf Poll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jørgen Waage in the 51st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jørgen Waage in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wolf Poll saved Tiger from getting behind. Sander Bredal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 66 played minutes Gædd FK got a freekick which was hit by Severin Hussein. After 67 played minutes Gædd FK got a freekick which was hit by Severin Hussein. In the 69th minute Elis Färber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Myhrvold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Gædd FK's Jørgen Waage nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wolf Poll made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 77th minute, Sander Bredal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ken Ernstsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jørgen Waage came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Gædd FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jørgen Waage couldn't finish the play. Wolf Poll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sander Bredal in the 92nd minute of play.
