Bastia Segarra came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Freestyle futbol club's Dario Abadie. But to his dismay, Dario Abadie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Cebollas's goal looked a bit too open when David Gilmour came free, but Bastia Segarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agamenón Gutierrez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Rocendo having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Cebollas got a freekick which was hit by Agamenón Gutierrez. In the 24th minute, David Gilmour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 played minutes Cebollas got a freekick which was hit by Guillerme Albizua. In the 30th match minute, Freestyle futbol club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Ferdinand to maneuver through the defense. Agamenón Gutierrez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Marcos Rocendo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bastia Segarra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Iaki went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Víctor Lacorte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vicente Iaki was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes, Dario Abadie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Freestyle futbol club and the Cebollas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Víctor Lacorte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. David Gilmour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Agamenón Gutierrez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Rocendo was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Freestyle futbol club's Marcos Rocendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víctor Lacorte in the 84th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agamenón Gutierrez in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Rocendo saved Freestyle futbol club from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Agamenón Gutierrez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cebollas's supporters rose to their feet, but Agamenón Gutierrez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Rocendo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Freestyle futbol club's Marcos Rocendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agamenón Gutierrez in the 91st minute of play. José Novo was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Freestyle futbol club booed when Cebollas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Novo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Cebollas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Freestyle futbol club's performance. The match ended with a win for Freestyle futbol club.
