After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Jimeno Geofredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falconara Albanese's supporters rose to their feet, but Jimeno Geofredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Gipuzkoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Gipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Jakes in the 13th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Falconara Albanese was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Toli to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Atlético Matorrales's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Geofredo came free, but Igor Gipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico Qwinton might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Amato. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Federico Qwinton ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th minute, Teo Gartzen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Montel lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Rosendo Montel kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Geofredo in the 33rd minute of play forced Atlético Matorrales's goalkeeper Igor Gipuzkoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimeno Geofredo made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Geofredo in the 51st minute of play forced Atlético Matorrales's goalkeeper Igor Gipuzkoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabricio Jakes took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Gipuzkoa. Igor Gipuzkoa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A throw-in in the 56th minute of the game was made by Teo Gartzen with Fabricio Jakes as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A sloppy throw-in by Teo Gartzen in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Atlético Matorrales's Diego Leocadio. Igor Gipuzkoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Geofredo in the 59th minute of the match. Igor Gipuzkoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Geofredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Atlético Matorrales's Igor Gipuzkoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Geofredo in the 65th minute of play. Sixto Peli kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Igor Gipuzkoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabricio Jakes's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. 73 minutes in the game Teo Gartzen did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Delmar Toli. 81 minutes into the match, Jimeno Geofredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Igor Gipuzkoa. Atlético Matorrales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimeno Geofredo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Jimeno Geofredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Igor Gipuzkoa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Jimeno Geofredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
