In the 19thth minute of the game Tencho Ogoyski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Zuri Megia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC BerserkerS were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zhecho Chanev took the corner. When Tencho Ogoyski came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the FC BerserkerS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tencho Ogoyski couldn't finish the play. When Albano Asteri fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's protests and gave Albano Asteri a yellow card for diving instead. Albano Asteri kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Dante Quintan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Quintan hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Zuri Megia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zuri Megia made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Tencho Ogoyski sent off a good shot on target. Zuri Megia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tencho Ogoyski in the 35th minute. Blagoy Gyulemetov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tencho Ogoyski to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's goal looked a bit too open when Stoyadin Hrusanov came free, but Zuri Megia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zuri Megia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stoyadin Hrusanov in the 56th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Tencho Ogoyski put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zuri Megia. After some careless play in the NEWELL´S OLD BOYS defense, Tencho Ogoyski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zuri Megia. The NEWELL´S OLD BOYS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zuri Megia should have stopped the shot. The FC BerserkerS fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when FC BerserkerS's Tencho Ogoyski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 68 played minutes NEWELL´S OLD BOYS got a freekick which was hit by Albano Asteri. In the 70th minute, one of NEWELL´S OLD BOYS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for NEWELL´S OLD BOYS. Zuri Megia went to the wrong direction when Tencho Ogoyski was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The supporters of FC BerserkerS booed when NEWELL´S OLD BOYS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Asteri didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tencho Ogoyski in the 80th minute of play forced NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's goalkeeper Zuri Megia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laurits Rødsjø might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zuri Megia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laurits Rødsjø ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 85th minute, Blagoy Gyulemetov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zuri Megia was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Zuri Megia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tencho Ogoyski in the 90th minute of play. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Dante Quintan got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered Dante Quintan off the ground. The supporters of FC BerserkerS booed when NEWELL´S OLD BOYS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Quintan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zuri Megia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitar Berbatov in the 92nd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitar Berbatov came free, but Zuri Megia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, FC BerserkerS's Tencho Ogoyski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zuri Megia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. FC BerserkerS's Valentin Antov was substituted for Adalbert Radnev. FC BerserkerS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
