Albino Semeno kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalkeeper Mark Flecken had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blas Rozarius. A collision led to SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jann Kaindl hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Schmedes in the 37th minute of play forced Matheu City FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Leoiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 minutes of play, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Jason Heller made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacinto Leoiar was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Schmedes in the 44th minute of play forced Matheu City FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Leoiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrico Schmedes made a kick off. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Rolland Sallai got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacinto Leoiar was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Rolland Sallai capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rolland Sallai really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. When Jann Kaindl fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s protests and gave Jann Kaindl a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Jann Kaindl hit a great ball. After 59 played minutes, Matheu City FC's Albino Semeno shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mark Flecken came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Matheu City FC reached it. Matheu City FC's Jacinto Leoiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolland Sallai in the 63rd minute of play. With a little luck, Matheu City FC's Jacinto Leoiar got control of the ball when Enrico Schmedes tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Enrico Schmedes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacinto Leoiar. That made the score 0-4 in the 69 minute of play. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Burkhard Schlick was substituted for Rolland Sallai. After 73 minutes of play, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Adam Lischka made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacinto Leoiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Nils Deimann was substituted for Kenneth Schmidt. In the 95th minute, Blas Rozarius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
