After a rather tough play, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Victorino Faro got a free kick in the 8th minute. Elpidio Berenguer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Furtado in the 10th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Braulio Manilan in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Berenguer saved Inter de Milán from getting behind. Elpidio Berenguer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Elpidio Berenguer came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Braulio Manilan. But to his dismay, Braulio Manilan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Braulio Manilan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Braulio Manilan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elpidio Berenguer having to make a save. Elpidio Berenguer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Manilan, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 45th minute Braulio Manilan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Berenguer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Braulio Manilan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Berenguer having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andres Kismi to make the kick off. Elpidio Berenguer stood somewhat misplaced when Braulio Manilan came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 52 minute. Braulio Manilans short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Elpidio Berenguer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Elpidio Berenguer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo Diaz in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Furtado came free, but Gerardo Beila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Braulio Manilan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Elpidio Berenguer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Inter de Milán's Elpidio Berenguer got control of the ball when Agustin Furtado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Braulio Manilan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Elpidio Berenguer made a huge save. Agustin Furtado who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Elpidio Berenguer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 80 minutes into the game, Raul Roland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter de Milán the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Enzo Diaz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elpidio Berenguer. That made the score 0-10 after 92 minutes of play. Elpidio Berenguer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Diaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
