Aimar Aimar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18thth minute of the game Moisés Arruda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barr Point's Syd Knott was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Moisés Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moisés Arruda in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Syd Knott prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Caetano Pontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Barr Point defense, Moisés Arruda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Syd Knott. The Barr Point fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Syd Knott should have stopped the shot. In the 29th match minute, Barr Point was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Doona to maneuver through the defense. Syd Knott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aimar Aimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aimar Aimar might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Syd Knott. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aimar Aimar ran back to his position shaking his head. Syd Knott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aimar Aimar in the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aimar Aimar in the 32nd minute of play forced Barr Point's goalkeeper Syd Knott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Syd Knott came out of the goal and Samuca Leal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aimar Aimar in the 45th minute of play forced Barr Point's goalkeeper Syd Knott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Moisés Arruda put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Syd Knott.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moisés Arruda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Aílton Falcão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ique Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barr Point the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Aílton Falcão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Barr Point's goalkeeper Syd Knott had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moisés Arruda. Billy Metcalf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Francisco Leme having to interfere. Ique Football Club's Roberto Souza was substituted for Hélder Bueno. A hard shot 70 in the game by Moisés Arruda from a close distance when the talented Syd Knott managed to make a qualified save. Barr Point's players were relieved. Syd Knott made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roberto Souza in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes Barr Point got a freekick which was hit by Billy Metcalf. Aimar Aimar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Syd Knott having to make a save. Aimar Aimar succeeded in the game's 79th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Barr Point's attack was well implemented in the 85th minute, but when Phil Panther was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Ulysses Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Aimar Aimar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Barr Point booed when Ique Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulysses Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball.
