Stanislas Jolivel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Fernandes having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Versannat's goal looked a bit too open when Diodato Cordaro came free, but Raoul Moulinet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, YESHUA F.C's Isaac Mazard got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute of the match Steven Tricoire shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emílio Fernandes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislas Jolivel in the 14th minute of play forced YESHUA F.C's goalkeeper Emílio Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Versannat booed when YESHUA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mitel-Abraão Mazard didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Stanislas Jolivel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emílio Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislas Jolivel, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. YESHUA F.C's attentive Isaac Mazard managed to snatch the ball when Luis Plasse made a throw-in in the 27th minute of the game. YESHUA F.C's Emílio Fernandes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save YESHUA F.C from getting a goal against them. Versannat's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Steven Tricoire in the 33rd minute. Versannat's Steven Tricoire was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emílio Fernandes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Emanuel Vieira made in the 35th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Diodato Cordaro. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Stanislas Jolivel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Versannat's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanislas Jolivel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emílio Fernandes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raoul Moulinet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitel-Abraão Mazard in the 46th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Versannat fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

A collision led to Versannat getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Eneko Puyol hit a great ball. Mitel-Abraão Mazards short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Raoul Moulinet to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Emílio Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislas Jolivel in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th match minute, YESHUA F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilmar Munhoz to maneuver through the defense. Ruben Latreille took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emílio Fernandes. YESHUA F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Emílio Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislas Jolivel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, YESHUA F.C's Nilmar Munhoz got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute Herminio Su shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raoul Moulinet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, YESHUA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislas Jolivel came free, but Emílio Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andres Calixto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emílio Fernandes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. If Herminio Su had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 85 minutes, Stanislas Jolivel made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. YESHUA F.C's Emílio Fernandes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the YESHUA F.C defense, Stanislas Jolivel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emílio Fernandes. The YESHUA F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emílio Fernandes should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Versannat players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
