In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind KKP Spasione Kocury's goalkeeper Lech Rosen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Harrie Van Havent scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lech Rosen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 7 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Karanewski came free, but Michael Neels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Neels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoni Karanewski in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Harrie Van Havent ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lech Rosen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Purple Talents's Dean Rutgeerts quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Juliusz Makomaski, made in the 14th minute of the game. If Harrie Van Havent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lech Rosen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harrie Van Havent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michael Neels showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antoni Karanewski in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harrie Van Havent in the 23rd minute of play forced KKP Spasione Kocury's goalkeeper Lech Rosen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 played minutes KKP Spasione Kocury got a freekick which was hit by Bartlomiej Rojewski. Lech Rosen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harrie Van Havent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michael Neels made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrzej Gabis in the 28th minute. Lech Rosen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harrie Van Havent, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After taking down the ball on Purple Talents's corner Antoine Cromefeldt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lech Rosen quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the KKP Spasione Kocury defense, Harrie Van Havent kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lech Rosen. The KKP Spasione Kocury fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lech Rosen should have stopped the shot. Lech Rosen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harrie Van Havent in the 43rd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antoni Karanewski was the one to do the kick off. Bartlomiej Rojewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michael Neels having to make a save. Michael Neels took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartlomiej Rojewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harrie Van Havent took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lech Rosen. Lech Rosen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 59 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's Harrie Van Havent sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lech Rosen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alain Van Huruck was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. KKP Spasione Kocury made a substitution. Juliusz Fink replaced Andrzej Gabis. In the 64th minute, Damazy Turok hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute of the match Konrad Loncki sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Michael Neels skillfully saved the ball. Hannes De Vorster kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Purple Talents's Hannes De Vorster got a free kick in the 69th minute. Antoine Cromefeldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Lech Rosen made a huge save. Michael Neels took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juliusz Fink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richy Van Boeckost in the 87th minute of play forced KKP Spasione Kocury's goalkeeper Lech Rosen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Philippe-Arnaud Imbreghts got free with Lech Rosen in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. KKP Spasione Kocury made a substitution. Rafal Duda replaced Otto Bjelland. Michael Neels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliusz Fink in the 96th minute of play. The KKP Spasione Kocury supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Purple Talents's performance. The match ended with a win for Purple Talents.
